Introduction

What ingredients could you grow?

  • oats
  • milk
  • nuts
  • fruit - fresh or cooked

How do you grow the ingredients?

And, fortunately, crop failure for gardeners is not a disaster in the UK, as there's always a supermarket or organic food shop online or close by to keep your pantry full.
