A fabulous sweep of colour in this wildlife-friendly and sustainable garden designed by Kate Frey. These Californian annual wildflowers that we can grow here include orange Californian poppy (Eschscholzia californica), white and yellow poached egg plant (Limnanthes douglasii), stunningly deep blue Californian bluebell (Phacelia campanularia), goldfields (Lasthenia glabrata) and scarlet flax (Linum grandiflorum 'Rubrum'). Also crimson clover (Trifolium incarnata) - a common agricultural crop.
